Orders
We’re happy to post Papernation items all over the world. All items, except bespoke items, will be processed within 2 days of receiving confirmation of payment, and sent to the address supplied to paypal. Bespoke items - names and boats made to order by Louise Pfanner - will require 1 week to produce before shipping.

Australian Deliveries
Orders within Australia are sent by registered post and may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Shipping cost of $12.15 per item within Australia is included in the price.

International Shipping
International orders are sent by international registered post and may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Internation shipping cost of $27.15 per item is included in the price.

Payment
All prices on the Papernation website are in Australian dollars. All payments are made through the paypal service.

Privacy
All payments are made through the paypal service and Papernation does not receive or collect credit card information. Any personal information that you submit,such as email addresses or postal addresses, will be protected by our secure server. Papernation will not share, sell or trade your personal information to any third party without your consent, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of services you have agreed to accept from Papernation.

Problems
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us at studio@papernation.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item and we will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. If there are any other problems with your purchase of Papernation products, please email us at studio@papernation.com.au

Variations
All artworks by Louise Pfanner, whether hand-coloured prints or bespoke items, are made and finished by hand. Colours may differ slightly from those seen on the Papernation website.
