Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Paper Nation (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or older or have parent/guardian consent. Employees of Paper Nation are not eligible to win.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
• Follow the Paper Nation Instagram account
• Like the giveaway post
• Tag 2 friends in the comments
Each additional comment tagging 2 friends counts as an extra entry.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Bonus Entry:
An additional entry will be granted if the entrant shares the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tags @papernation.au so the entry can be verified.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Stephanie Dyment Mother's Day Bundle valued at up to $82 RRP AUD. The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. Contents may vary slightly if an item becomes unavailable but will be of equal or greater value.
5. Entry Period
The giveaway opens on the date the promotional post is published and closes at the time stated in the post (AEST). Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random within 72 hours of the giveaway closing.
The winner will be announced via Instagram Stories and contacted directly through Paper Nation’s official Instagram account only.
The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected.
7. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the winner’s nominated Australian address. Paper Nation is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during delivery.
8. Scam Awareness
Paper Nation will never ask for payment, credit card details, banking information, or other sensitive data.
Please report any fake accounts impersonating Paper Nation.
9. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participation indicates a complete release of Instagram by each entrant.
